Switching to cheaper or own brands in the UK 2022, by product category
When surveyed in July 2022, almost 50 percent of consumers in the United Kingdom stated that they had switched to a cheaper or own brand of toilet roll in the last six months. Crisps, snacks, and cereal were other categories where a larger share of respondents had switched brands to save money.
